Upcoming Adventure

In about 10 days I am off on a new adventure. An eight day riding holiday in the Dalmatian Hinterland of Croatia with a small group of six women from Canada. As you know, horses are one of my passions, always have been since I was a very small person!! 

The group includes one of my very best buddies, Robin, and a new friend from here in Squamish, Heather. Heather is the instigator. I first met her at a horse rescue farm in Squamish "Second Chance Cheekye Ranch" where we were both volunteering at a fundraiser as "Greeters!" Heather told me about her annual horseback riding holidays with a group of women she had come to know through her holidays. I told her Robin and I had often discussed doing one. So, when she asked if I would like her to let me know when she was organising the next one, I immediately said "YES"..... and here we are!!!

I will do my best to keep the blog up while I am away. We are trying to make the trip with carry on luggage only as Robin says so many people have so much trouble with their baggage being lost ... or delayed while flying! We'll see if I manage to do that!!
