Upcoming Adventure
In about 10 days I am off on a new adventure. An eight day riding holiday in the Dalmatian Hinterland of Croatia with a small group of six women from Canada. As you know, horses are one of my passions, always have been since I was a very small person!! The group includes one of my very best buddies, Robin, and a new friend from here in Squamish, Heather. Heather is the instigator. I first met her at a horse rescue farm in Squamish "Second Chance Cheekye Ranch" where we were both volunteering at a fundraiser as "Greeters!" Heather told me about her annual horseback riding holidays with a group of women she had come to know through her holidays. I told her Robin and I had often discussed doing one. So, when she asked if I would like her to let me know when she was organising the next one, I immediately said "YES"..... and here we are!!! I will do my best to keep the blog up while I am away.
